What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used or measure whether our advertising is producing genuine enquiries.
Your choice
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you make a choice on our cookie banner, advertising and analytics storage are set to denied, which means our advertising and analytics tags run in a restricted, cookieless mode. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser and reloading the page.
Essential cookies cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function without them.
The cookies we use
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
ms_session | Mark Space (essential) | Keeps your session, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and remembers how you arrived so an enquiry can be attributed. | Until the browser closes |
ms_consent | Mark Space (essential) | Remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking. Stored in local storage. | Until cleared |
ms_remember | Mark Space (essential) | Keeps administrators signed in to the staff CRM. Not set for ordinary visitors. | 30 days |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions so we can measure traffic and which pages lead to enquiries. | Up to 24 months |
_gcl_* | Google Ads | Attributes an enquiry to the ad click that produced it. | Up to 90 days |
_fbp, _fbc | Meta | Identifies the browser and the ad click for Meta advertising measurement. | Up to 90 days |
_uetsid, _uetvid | Microsoft Advertising | Measures conversions from Microsoft Ads, if that channel is active. | Up to 13 months |
li_sugr, bcookie | Measures conversions from LinkedIn campaigns, if that channel is active. | Up to 6 months | |
_clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Aggregated session recording and heatmaps used to improve page layout, if enabled. | Up to 12 months |
Similar technologies
We also use browser local storage to remember your cookie choice, and server-side conversion measurement that does not rely on cookies at all — this is described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of this site working, including our enquiry forms. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
